The Tata Medical Center, Kolkata, a Rs 350 crore world class not-for-profit hospital was gifted by the Tata Group to the people of the East in 2011. This hospital provides the best facilities in comprehensive cancer treatment and care. The hospital has treated more than 65,000 patients till date and performed 14,000 surgeries. Almost half the beds in the hospital are reserved for treatment of such underprivileged patients.
