Human Development Centre, a non profit making voluntary organization being engaged for the upliftment of the poorest of the poor sector through health, educational intervention along with financial intervention since last 30 years. Now we are working on Basic Health Care Service in Patharpratima Block of South 24-Parganas with West Bengal Voluntary Health Association, Person with Disabilities Activities, WASH Project – supported by GOAL India - Ireland at Kolkata Municipal area, WASH Project – supported by TDH – Switzerland at Sundarban Patharpratima Block – South 24-Parganas, Eye Hospital at Joynagar & Kakdwip with five Vision Centres run by Human Development Centre supported by Rotary Club and others, Vocational training on tailoring supported USHA International Ltd. – New Delhi and various health related awareness campaigning with the support of local Blocks, health department and ICDS department. We have already completed on mother & child health related activities with CARE India within 29 Blocks of South 24-Parganas, West Bengal. And also its’ catchments area is Sundarban area in South 24-Parganas, hilly, backward and border area in Jalpaiguri & Koochbihar district of West Bengal, India
