NNF has developed Interactive Centre for senior citizens in Mumbai suburb where elders meet, interact, celebrate with their peers and express themselves in a relaxed, secular, informal yet empathetic environment. Such platforms for elders are much required to attain active ageing. The centre offers soft fitness programmes, yoga, memory, fun games, quiz, dance, music sessions, informative talks on various geriatric issues, participatory art and craft activities, recreational activities, laughter therapy, counselling and networking. With the funds raised through this charity platform NNF plans to run and replicate the Interactive Centre models across Kolkata city and strengthen the movement.
